First things first, I am not just an agent.  I am also a Marketing Consultant with in-depth property expertise, a state-of-the-art online tool belt and the highest commitment to work with you and your family to achieve a premium outcome.

When selling your home, I work with you to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that reaches the masses, not just the surrounding streets and tomorrow's fish and chip wrapper. Using online tools such as twitter, facebook, and goggle analytics I am in constant conversation with buyers - posting trends, advice and listings.

Being highly networked is also imperative to my success in finding property solutions for you. As a member of several clubs and organisations region-wide, I work hard to maintain an extensive personal and professional network.

Being on a Discussion Panel at the 2010 National Harcourts Conference was a great honour.  The topic was technology - and as you can see by my website and the other services I offer my clients, including Youtube Video Tours, I creatively use technology to increase my level of service to you.

Previous 'Lives'

I spent eight years in the corporate environment of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.  Determination, networking and extensive project and process management skills enabled me to be a highly sought after resource for large projects. I have a history of 'getting things done'.  This skill of course rolls over to how I bring properties to market and how I get you your best result.

Education

I have a Masters in Psychology (First Class Honours) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management including Marketing... both have come in handy whilst building my Real Estate Business.

I have also finished short courses on process management, project management, strategic negotiation and public speaking.
